I think I ate all those cookies in the picture in one sitting, minus the one I saved for Thayne.and the sad part is I'm not exagerating. 3/4 cup salted butter (softened). 1/4 cup canola oil (I used vegetable oil). 1 cup brown sugar. 1 tsp baking soda. 1 tsp baking powder. 1 1/2 cups choc. chips. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream butter, oil, and sugars. Bake for 8-10 min.
