I've been off the road a couple of weeks now after some exciting playing with the lads. several states. lots of miles. lots of good people. the genuine feedback keeps me going. But my heart is here, with my wife and children. and, following the example of our son and daughter, my bare feet have been in the sun warmed soil of the veggie garden. they are my teachers so often. Another day until we head to scotland again.

Thursday, June 2, 2011. My daughter is three weeks old today. Yes, i have a daughter. A peaceful, tiny, perfect girl. She has an adoring, proud big brother. Feeling very blessed and happy to be home. I am amazed again at the way being a parent. Makes me become more. Just had my first long weekend away since the birth. Llewella thrived. i survived. What a wonderful response tho, in costa mesa. We were back at the first ever celtic festival we played. I look forward to a busy summer.
