On 26 Januar 2011 by brotkiste. Heute haben wir uns das erste Mal an Sushi herangewagt. Die haltbaren Zutaten (Nori-Blätter, Reis, Essig, eingelegten Ingwer, Sojasauce, Wasabi) hatten wir schon zwischen den Jahren gekauft, nun haben wir noch Gurke, Avokado, Eier und Garnelen dazu besorgt. Nun waren alle Zutaten vorbereitet und das Rollen und Formen konnte beginnen (natürlich mit Howto-Video auf dem iPad dazu ;-):. Unser Ergebnis fanden wir für das erste Mal gar nicht so schlecht, und lecker war’s 🙂.
