When ever I start to close in on the 100m freestyle world record that Sullivan fella who broke it off with Stephanie Rice, has to go and lower it again. Looks like it’s back to the pool for me. I guess that’s why I’m simply a tryathlete and not a Olympic Champion Swimmer.

Only two weeks left of football for this season though, and I am looking forward to seeing whether my season continues on for another week or hopefully two. I’ll find out Tuesday night at training. Last night was the first time i have successfully completed a full swim session since the comeback began. It was nasty and rough but I managed to tame the 3000m session that Coach Gathercole set. Ok so I've moved to Darwin. what's next? Thursday, August 17, 2006. Baby on the Way. Well at only 9 weeks in it looks like I’m going to be an Aunty as my little sister is pregnant! She has to get through the first trimester first and then she’s out of the danger zone, but all excited non the less! Had to redeem myself and cook a roast on Sunday night as was feeling a little inadequate in the cooking stakes! Think I will miss them though when they move! Signing off for now… Meg’s. Ok so I've moved to Darwin. what's next? Monday, August 28, 2006. Last weekend saw me travel to Katherine for a mini road trip (280 km south of Darwin) for a night out at the Diggers Rest. The radio Station Hot 100 held a night there, so when one of the girls got 4 free tickets and accommodation on Last Minute we were set. Anyways Katherine put on a pretty good night and then scooted home again to civilisation in Darwin. So September is just around the corner. September happenings. That’s it for me!
