Skip to search - Accesskey = s. Brown and Devery's Blog. Italy – one quick week. Yes, we spent on quick week in Italy in March 2012. The plane from Addis stops in Rome and so we did too. Only we got off for a week. It wasn’t that much fun to get back on when the flight came around, but what can you do? We rented an apartment near Piazza Navona, and set up housekeeping. Sort of. It was cold, but very lovely. Florence is only 90 minutes away by fast train and so off we went. And we wandered about town.
