Very Good Chocolate Cake. 4 Eggs (at room temperature). 2 cups All purpose flour. 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder. 1 teaspoon baking soda. 1 teaspoon baking powder. 1 1/2 cups Milk. 1 Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F. 2 Line and grease baking pan(s). 3 Separate the egg yolks in one bowl and the egg whites in another bowl. 4 Mix the wet ingredients (egg yolks, butter, sugar, milk and vanilla). 6 Whisk and fluff egg whites. 8 Pour mixture into greased pan(s). Friday, January 20, 2012. 1 When baking in a pan, spray with oil then cut wax paper or parchment paper to line the bottom of the pan. There is no need for extra flour and you don't always need to use spray oil. The cake / brownies will separate from the sides of the pan.
