Running Towards Change: July 2012
http://runningtowardschange.blogspot.com/2012_07_01_archive.html
Wednesday, July 11, 2012. Three days in a row of finding identical looking spiders by a hole in my bathroom wall. Me: There’s another one! He’s in the exact same spot too. Kelsie: Maybe there are babies in the wall! A few minutes later…. Me: Maybe it was just a mamma, daddy and a baby. Kelsie: …because spiders tend to have just one. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Running Towards Change: Running Update
http://runningtowardschange.blogspot.com/2012/02/running-update.html
Thursday, February 16, 2012. This term has been my hardest term thus far.and that's coming from the girl who did two bowel preps, was sedated twice and had multiple other doctor visits in one term awhile back! It's been a combination of harder classes, like Anatomy, and busier work schedule. I feel like I leave Monday morning for school at 10 and don't really settle again till Friday afternoon when I get home from my last class. I am certainly appreciating my weekends more this term =).

I couldn't be more proud of my puppies! Check out their cute pictures at www.brownstonechinooks.blogspot.com. Just when we thought winter was over, here it comes again. It has been snowing heavily all day. I went for a short walk this morning, exploring and sniffing the fresh scent of snow over everything but have since retired to my warm bed. It looks like today will be a day of sleep and relaxation. Raining. Drats. Snow is better. Friend Sam stopped by so I'm heading outside for a play break.

Running Towards Change: Adventures With Frank
http://runningtowardschange.blogspot.com/2012/02/adventures-with-frank.html
Sunday, February 12, 2012. I would like to introduce all of you to my new friend, Frank. Frank is a complicated fella. Frank and I have been spending a lot of time together lately. I have the lovely privilege of learning all about Frank. My teacher even gave me SEVEN whole days to learn all about him. Wasn't that nice of her? At first glance Frank doesn't look that bad. Sure, there are a lot of bones, but when you think about it, most of them are represented twice. Carol J. Brown. Love, Aunt Carol. Think...

Sleeping most of the day. I went outside to help bring in the garbage cans but didn't like the rain pelting my face. So hurried back inside and discovered that my friend Sam the Doberman had sneaked inside and eaten the remains of my breakfast! Puppy evaluations coming up shortly. So excited. My pups are getting their temperment and conformation evaluations this weekend! I know they will all pass with flying colors. How could they not? The snow has stopped and everything is all white and pretty outside&#...

Well not alone exactly, but it feels like it without the one who feeds me, rubs me, takes me on walks and generally adores me. Good thing my fan club extends a bit further or I'd be in a really bad place for the week. I got a bath this morning and the big black spot I worked so hard on rubbing into my shoulder is gone! Now I have to start all over. Sometimes I just hate a bath. I smell fine, what's the matter anyway? Jingle Bell Run Training Day 1. A solid night's sleep! Well the puppies are with their f...

Running Towards Change: Luckython 2013
http://runningtowardschange.blogspot.com/2013/03/luckython-2013.html
Sunday, March 24, 2013. A few months ago I won two free race entries through a facebook promotion! Not only did we get free entries, we even got free race shirts, metals, and potatoes from the potato bar after the race. The best part? It was an evening race! While I really do love races, getting up before a 8:00am (let's be honest.getting up before 10:00) and driving for an hour to RUN is not high on my list of ways to spend a Saturday. Soaked immediately after the race. It was a cold, windy, wet, but al...
