Feed your mind, body and soul. I hope you had a blessed Easter filled with plenty of chocolate bunnies and deviled eggs. Our day started with what else.Brunch! I made a BLT Frittata, Carmel-Apple Cinnamon Rolls, and Hash Brown Pancakes topped with Smoked Salmon and creamy dill sauce. I realize it’s a lot for two people, but as you know I love brunch and I just couldn’t help myself!
