Confessions Of The Brunettes. So just wanted to give some updates. I am two weeks into recovery from surgery. Am feeling good and looking good . On the third week , I can start the gym again. Only can do cardio though, no lifting or ab workouts for 6 weeks :(. But better than nothing. Wanted to share a before and after pic with everyone.
