The paintings today depict scenes ranging from Columbus Avenue on the upper west side to downtown Houston Street. A street musician, a greenmarket, a street fair and a thrift emporium. SJF New York Art. Monday, September 22, 2014. A quiet corner in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. Diego's Place III (Greenpoint). 12 x 9 inches. Today I delivered this small commissioned painting of a former factory building in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. I'm very happy with the way it turned out and loved painting the small details on this older brick building. So happy that this building is still being used and has found a new life with new tenants.
