So, I think it's hilarious that a few weeks after I wrote my last blog post I realized I was pregnant! 150's, I think I'll be seeing you plenty after all. I'm just hoping to not be greeted by my old acquaintance 200's. :). Losing weight takes focus, self-control, determination and hard work. But when achieved is so rewarding! I couldn't wipe the smile off my face this morning as I said goodbye to the 150's! Farewell, adios, peace-out! I hope that I remember this lesson. I hope to never see you again.

Just checking in to say that I hit my goal this week (Tuesday) of losing 1 pound. Yay! I know the key to my personal success is COUNTING CALORIES. There is NO other way. If I don't count calories I am not holding myself responsible for what I am eating and I slowly drift farther and farther into eating too much. Wednesday, December 8, 2010. The Kitchen is the Heart of the Home. Ok I finally finished my frame. I'm pretty happy with how it turned out. I was going to do black, but I can always change it up in the future. I used fabric as the backing so I can switch it out whenever I want. My frame I bought from the DI. It was black so I had to sand it down. Made it easier to spray paint. I didn't like how the spray paint looked so I painted it. I used brown fabric in the back. Jared and Kristen Rogers.

Wednesday, February 24, 2010. So it's been a while since my last post and I didn't even finish part 2.oh well. The holidays were so much fun spent with our families. Decorating-is EXPENSIVE. We painted every single room except the bathrooms. It was so much work. My arms were sore for weeks. I'm still decorating the kids rooms. Once it is completely done I'll post pics of our place.
