Sunday, January 31, 2010. January 8th 2010 would have been Elvis Presley's 75th birthday. We were "all shook up" about it so I grabbed the kids and my "Big Hunk O' Love" and headed to a local diner. For a special dinner to celebrate. Lyle the owner and his wife came up with this fun menu. They also had fun trivia cards on the table, but "A Fool Such As I" didn't do so well with the answers. I had never had a signature GRILLED peanut butter and banana sandwich, so I figured. Mmmm now I want another one!

Ethans Baptism- August 1. Lets go to the county fair- July 30. Cascade Cycling Classic- July 25. Thursday, September 17, 2009. Ethan's Baptism- August 1. Saturday August 1st was Ethan's big day. The day he was baptized. To become a member of the church. Even though it was to be a stake baptism, Ethan ended up being the only one, so we got to have our own little private baptism, just for our boy! Again, I was a bit sad that so many friends were out of town, but it didn't diminsh the day for Ethan at all.

The deal is that on the last day of school when the kids get home.usually before lunch time.we eat lunch and then go to a restaurant. They are allowed to order any treat on the menu.
