Saturday, September 20, 2014. We have a new rule in our house: no running with forks. This is day 4 post-stab. Someone was super excited about his lunch that I was about to put on the table, so he came running around the corner, fork in hand, and stabbed my knee. Not on purpose. He's kind of a spastic runner (he's run into the wall on more than one occassion). I guess I should be happy? That is was my knee - doesn't that hurt less than getting stabbed in a fleshy part like a thigh? Jenn and Royal Petersen.
