Life's a Filet of Fish: June 2013
http://gordonandalison.blogspot.com/2013_06_01_archive.html
Life's a Filet of Fish. Sunday, June 16, 2013. Summertime in Equatorial Manhattan. We just got back from a jam-packed week of running to trains, dodging puddles, and wandering around in enormous buildings. There are a lot of places where you can do that, but arguably the most famous is New York City. Most common occurrence: the back of someone's head. If Cookie Monster can wait, so can I. Of course, we get into a city that I've never visited before in the dark in a thunderstorm. Defying my conception of ...

Life's a Filet of Fish: July 2014
http://gordonandalison.blogspot.com/2014_07_01_archive.html
Life's a Filet of Fish. Sunday, July 6, 2014. Yes, I haven't been updating nearly regularly enough.ly. I last left off in March. Considering that it is now late June, I'm going to rather expeditiously breeze through some of the goings-on. This mainly consists of an epic photo dump. We met my mom in the Phoenix airport, because that was apparently the cheapest route to fly. Being a Reese function, there was of course plenty of candies. Grandpa actually already had the headstone done long before his death.

Life's a Filet of Fish: August 2013
http://gordonandalison.blogspot.com/2013_08_01_archive.html
Life's a Filet of Fish. Sunday, August 18, 2013. I wish I were a better blogger. I don't often get a nice block of time to just spew out clever turns of phrase and snappy pictures, and so I often just say "I'll get to it later." Of course, the longer I go without writing, the harder it becomes. So here's me, giving it another go! Pretty soon this will be me anytime we go somewhere with Baby. Busier at work, and Alison's mom has. On the unpaved dirt paths when I go to visit. I've also scheduled a buil...

Life's a Filet of Fish: October 2014
http://gordonandalison.blogspot.com/2014_10_01_archive.html
Life's a Filet of Fish. Tuesday, October 28, 2014. It'snot really very cool yet. Hey, it's been 2 months. Guess I'd better update. In an effort to bolster concert attendance, the Houston Symphony Orchestra has been holding a lot of Pops concerts, including this one that was held in the Cynthia Woodlands Pavillionlands. It was very hot. Does he look sick to you? Not quite crawling yet. However, John still had a fever, so we visited the doctor a couple of times. He was prescribed antibiotics and probiotic ...

http://gordonandalison.blogspot.com/2014_05_01_archive.html
Life's a Filet of Fish. Monday, May 26, 2014. So, after our wet but fun Memorial Day-ing, Gordon and I started looking through some photos on the computer and I said, "This makes me want to blog! Anyway, we had lots of fun Saturday, and more today. Hooray for holiday weekends! Below are some fun shots from the day. Alici...

Life's a Filet of Fish. Tuesday, December 9, 2014. Now Christmas Can Officially Start! It's been over a month since an update. I guess I better put up pictures and talk about stuff. If you're into that kind of thing. There have been two major holidays since my last update, which necessarily requires recaps. We had almost all the Gibbs family in Houston for Halloween. John was supposed to get a Star Trek outfit, but shipping delays brought us to a last-resort: Superman. Ignore the weird pano haxes. A sad ...
