Thursday, February 12, 2015. The weekend after Thanksgiving we headed to Perry and the other Tenolds' home. It was a lefse making party! Lefse are Norwegian flatbread.a little like a tortilla.made from potatoes and flour. Traditionally they are filled with all sorts of things (lutefisk, jelly, butter) but we most often just spread on some butter and sprinkle with brown sugar. Grandma Pat would want some lutefisk! She is such a content baby and is sleeping great.making life a little less crazy for mom! She's full of faces these days. Lots of smiles and lots of serious/studying faces. She's still trying to figure out why all of these big sisters around her are so loud! Don't worry, little one, you'll be joining them soon enough :). Thursday, February 12, 2015. One of Nate's best friends from high school, Rob, was married mid November in the Raleigh/Durham, North Carolina area. Nate has some pretty great family and they watched the big girls so we could take a long weekend trip there with only Rebecca. Couldn't have done it without their help! Rebecca made her first flight on a plane (EARLY in the morning! We checked out the North Carolina Museum of Natural Sciences (huge and free! With Rob and Erin at the rehearsal dinner.
