Being naked is one of Kane's favorite things. Note the sippy cup. We've been transitioning to sippy cups for the past couple of months. Mostly we only get a bottle in the morning and at night. Pretty soon we'll go down to night only, and then no more bottle! I'm hungry over here! Why my kid's first phrase is "Hi Buddha".

Graham turned 6 months this week which means Wade also had a half birthday this week, on October 8. Wade shared doctor's appointments with Graham last week. We talked about potty training, something we've dabbled in but plan to try officially soon. We also discuss sleeping, eating, and talking and we're feeling fairly comfortable with his development in these areas. He can draw a circle.

We went to Indianapolis for the weekend to see the Emsleys and to celebrate Aunt Chris's 40th birthday. On Saturday morning while the Emsleys were busy with basketball, Ryan, Wade and I headed to the Indianapolis Children's Museum. It was similar to the St. Louis Magic House and Wade had fun playing in the toddler area. All that fun was exhausting! Happy Birthday, Chris! Last day of Vacation!

For the first time we carved pumpkins with him, rather than after he went to bed. He was very into the pumpkins at the time, though he has kind of forgotten about them now. Turns out the giant inflatable pumpkin in our yard is much cooler. Who am I kidding? October 30, 2012 at 2:44 PM. Love the picture of the boys in the yard! Last day of Vacation!

Life in Charm City. Oh yeah . We had a baby! Our beautiful little Amelie came into the world on 12/16 @ 3:56pm. She was a healthy (and unexpected) 8lbs 3oz and 20inches long . As one of the nurses who was helping deliver me put it "Congratulations you gave birth to a toddler! Who knew all that baby was in that tummy! It was love at first sight for both of us and we can't even imagine life before her! Some more holiday pictures! Thanksgiving and the holidays are upon us! 38 weeks and ready for date night.
