It's funny how often that 45 minute class seems to be over in a few moments. Today seemed to take a little longer. I noticed Christine turning the tension knob on her bike this morning too. I’ve been thinking more and more lately that I’d rather be outside on my bike than riding inside on the Computrainer now that the weather is getting nicer. Today was not one of those days. I woke up to the cool rainy weather and was happy to head for the basement! The weathers not looking great, but, it’s not looking terrible either!
