http://bryanineurope.blogspot.com/2011/01/first-week-stories.html
Bryan's Experience in Cold, Cold Scotland and Others. 9733; Bryan in Asia ★. Thursday, January 13, 2011. The Water Bottle Story. After setting up my room I noticed that I had no water bottle. So no problem, I'll just buy a bottle of water that I can use. No problem right? WRONG First I went to a supermarket, and ask the lady at the front where a water bottle is. She said Aisle three. simple enough. I keep looking but can't find it. Eventually I ask again, she just repeats, "it's in aisle three! Oh my goo...

Bryan's Experience in Cold, Cold Scotland and Others. 9733; Bryan in Asia ★. Tuesday, March 1, 2011. The Great City of Linlithgow. Above: I hope I'm on the right subway. I made it alive. Once I arrived at Linlithgow I was relieved to find out it was a small town. I didn't have the faintest idea where the palace was, so I just went to some construction workers and asked them. After being pointed in the right direction I found it. A nice French couple took my picture when I got there. This loch and grassy ...

Bryan in Europe: Bryan Minus Laptop - Holyrood Palace, Arthur's Seat, and More
http://bryanineurope.blogspot.com/2011/03/bryan-minus-laptop-holyrood-palace.html
Bryan's Experience in Cold, Cold Scotland and Others. 9733; Bryan in Asia ★. Sunday, March 6, 2011. Bryan Minus Laptop - Holyrood Palace, Arthur's Seat, and More. After asking Sara and talking with Michael we arranged to do the tour together. I walked down to Sara's, picked up Michael, and then to PieMaker's for a quick bite. I don't think he's ever had a meat pie before, and Sara was angry later since she wanted to introduce him to PieMaker's. Whoops. We then took the Edinburgh City Sightseeing tour.

Bryan's Experience in Cold, Cold Scotland and Others. 9733; Bryan in Asia ★. Friday, March 25, 2011. The Isle of Skye and the Eilean Donan Castle. This week during UT's spring break, Brett (a super-senior like Sara) came all the way over to Scotland to visit the Isle of Skye. Or as I kept calling it, Skye island or Skyeland. Anyways, I just think a land called Skye is pretty sweet. It began like all great trips, with the standard train ride. Above: Left=Sara, Right=Brett, Bottom=Giggly. Eventually our aw...

Bryan's Experience in Cold, Cold Scotland and Others. 9733; Bryan in Asia ★. Sunday, February 20, 2011. Laundry Nightmare, Tapas, and Ghost Stories. A Little Bit of reddit. So I found this neato drawing while waiting for my thermodynamics class. This is a reference to the icon of reddit. Never capitalized), called the reddit alien. I only care because I've been browsing reddit for about three years. But this isn't Scotland related, so onwards and outwards. Above: I'm not the only redditor in Scotland!

Bryan in Europe: Day 1
http://bryanineurope.blogspot.com/2011/01/day-1.html
Bryan's Experience in Cold, Cold Scotland and Others. 9733; Bryan in Asia ★. Friday, January 7, 2011. Yesterday I arrived in Edinburgh! When I arrived, the first things I saw at the airport was candy. I had a nice man take a picture of me standing for the first time in Europe. Scotland is a country that's used and abused alcohol. Stick to your guns.". It was very reassuring. What a great way to enter the country. Finally made it to my room. It's small, but at least I have no roommate. Above: No Shift key!
