Then we did Races 5 and 6 as well as 10 for Kilimanjaro. Finisher was 3x20 second sprints on the Versaclimber; rest 3-4 min. 60 5" deficit hspu. 30 10" deficit hspu. 10 freestanding hspus (Val is silly good at these).
