Core Academic Subjects - Visual Thinkery
http://bryanmmathers.com/core-academic-subjects
These visual thoughts are usually a result of a conversation, stumbling across a blog post or someone tweeting some verbiage at me. All these images are available for use under a Creative Commons licence - I’m always interested to hear how you used them. I suggested Art, Music and Computing…. The Story So Far. Open Badges (P.S. there’s data inside…). I am more than just my grades. I always did well at school. Education may be linear. Designed by Elegant Themes.

All these images are available for use under a Creative Commons licence - I’m always interested to hear how you used them. From hunch to policy. What would that look like if it were a badge? This thought came from a session at Mozfest16. I’ll be up to my usual shenanigans at Mozfest this year, with my colleagues from @WeAreOpenCoop. I once employed a young person on his abil...

Bryan's Tire Blog
Bryan's Tire Blog. When did good customer service die? August 22, 2011. I have not Blogged in a while, but a recent experience has prompted me to ask a simple question. Since when did people stop giving good customer service. Good customer service means going above and beyond to help either a customer or a potential customer. This should also be the “Norm” not the Exception. I would like to finish this blog with a question. What do you think has lead to the decline in the quality of customer service?

A blog about my journey. Friday, September 20, 2013. A day after I made my previous post about guides, I turned to Laura and said that I was surprised that I didn't include my parents in the guides section. I thought for sure this would generate some good discussion, but I was even more surprised that I didn't hear from anyone! I look up to them as the people that I measure and compare my life to; someone who I want to someday become. Friday, August 23, 2013. For me, I know I refuse to leave on my journe...
