Sunday, November 14, 2010. Today, we learnt about pacing for our 1.6km run in P.E. and the whole class thoroughly enjoyed the lesson as we get to play Wii while at the same time learn how to improve our 1.6km timing. We are supposed to blog about our observations on our group member's run and also reflection on our personal run. Strengths: -able to run the whole duration without stopping (Good stamina). Weaknesses: -not able to maintain a good steady strides throughout the run. (Weak pacing).
