Received a double Bachelor of Music in Composition and Trumpet Performance from the University of Montevallo and a Master of Sacred Music from Westminster Choir College of Rider University. He currently studies composition with Dr. Bryan Clark of Vanderbilt and Belmont Universities, formerly with Drs. Ed Robertson, Ron Hemmel and Joel Phillips.
