Thursday, March 6, 2014. ArtSamurai Assignment for March 5th, 2014. Tom Nguyen's critique notes. Here's what I turned in to Art Samurai for last night's workshop. I learned a lot and had some laughs. Tom Nguyen gave a lot of explanation to how and why things look the way they do and how to think about things when drawing. It was good to see other attendee's work too. Design and draw a very muscular alien monster, but with these caveats:. Very little to no costume to show muscularity. Base the muscularity after human anatomy. Sunday, August 24, 2014. I am starting to work with artist Bill Lillibridge. Who creates sculptures of robots out of a variety of materials he finds from thrift stores, antique shops, yard sales, flea markets and hardware stores. He is a very creative guy and does a lot of art fairs and ends up taking home awards for "Best in Show! I will help him with his vision of putting his robots into different situations via photo manipulations or illustration. Here are a few samples! Bill also makes ray guns!

Saturday, February 28, 2015. Here is a photo that my friend Greg Halbert took. Greg is an insanely good artist and photographer. I am the guy in the background and in the foreground. Two shots were taken of me in his studio. (Not in the woods at night! My sister-in-law showed my nephew the photo and he said, "Look, it's Daddy and Uncle Robb!
