Macrocephalic Baboon!: November 2011
http://kniivila.blogspot.com/2011_11_01_archive.html
Saturday, November 5, 2011. First off, a note that sketches and a lot of artwork will now be posted to Tumblr:. I'll still be updating this blog, but moreso on an extensive artwork posts / personal blog basis. I promise to be a better blogger, haha. Since I suppose the cat's out of the bag in the real world, might as well throw it all down here. After 2 years (3 if you count the internship), I've left my post at Paper Bag Records to focus on my personal illustration career. Thanks for reading, and check ...

Macrocephalic Baboon!: July 2011
http://kniivila.blogspot.com/2011_07_01_archive.html
Wednesday, July 20, 2011. Sunday, July 10, 2011. Sometimes I worry I'm becoming a cat lady. Will I.die alone? Tuesday, July 5, 2011. A portrait of the lovely and talented Rachelle Letain. From a recent NYC trip. Sometimes I just draw what I feel. Lastly, I've started occasionally running. In other news, I've discovered how painfully out of shape I am. Apparently fitness is not earned through eating purely brown sugar croissants, much to my surprise. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). View my complete profile.

Still Got It: April 2011
http://uniballs.blogspot.com/2011_04_01_archive.html
Sunday, April 10, 2011. I have recently completed illustrations for a kids' activity book for the Trent Severn Waterway promoting wildlife, geographical, technological and historical education about the Waterway itself. It was a LOT of fun and I was given a lot of freedom. The book itself was really well put together and packed with illustrations! I'm really happy to have been a part of it and hopefully, part of kids getting interested in nature. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Chris Coles on Facebook.

Still Got It: July 2011

Tuesday, July 12, 2011. Here is another video game cover I did for the Colecovision homebrew game Star Fortress, coded by John Dondzila. This game looks like an 80's arcade classic. The shapes in the cover are very simple and true to the game. 2d but with a 3d twist. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Chris Coles on Facebook. Sheridan College BAA Illustration graduate.
