Saturday, December 15, 2012. I went to Canada for American Thanksgiving. I had no turkey or cranberries this year. But I was thankful to be there. I had been wanting to spend a little time at home for quite a while, and I decided to take advantage of the time off of work. It was a great trip, pretty low key. It wasn't packed full of activity, which is exactly how I wanted it! I was given this case (and the scriptures inside) for my baptism. Well worn, wouldn't you say? And the lace is still so me. ;).

Friday, January 31, 2014. The Lone Ranger rides again. Sunday, January 26, 2014. Our stake had stake conference this weekend. We were blessed to have Elder D. Todd Christofferson preside there and share some counsel. I can easily say that it was the best stake conference I've ever attended. One of the highlights for me was that he requested to shake hands with all the youth and children. I took Valerie to meet him. To me he said, "Is this one of your good works? Saturday, June 27, 2015. Aiden continued with swimming lessons, working on floating and putting his face in the water while moving his arms. We celebrated Father’s Day.
