Bryn Running: Personal Coaching
http://brynrunning.blogspot.com/p/personal-coaching.html
Everyday Training for Everyday Runners. If you're interested in being coached personally then please contact me at brynreynolds1@hotmail.com. The process will usually comprise an initial questionnaire so I get an idea of your running background and then a conversation where we talk through you running history, available training time, goal races in the short and long-term and the specific areas we need to work on to help you achieve those goals and any specific questions you have regarding training.

Everyday Training for Everyday Runners. Friday, March 13, 2015. Training Week Commencing 9th March. Absolutely sod all - busy at work and finishing stuff off before I went on holiday on Thursday. Flew to Portugal - 30 minute very easy run. Sunday: 126 steady - ran over to acoteias and did a lap- struggling over last couple of miles.

Everyday Training for Everyday Runners. Sunday, January 25, 2015. Record of being the fastest ever last place finisher in an Olympic 800 final. The longest major XC left. To make it worse - it's often run over Parliament Hill or a similar venue. But basically I haven't run a major XC race properly since. I was back on the start line of a major XC, motivated and keen to run at my best. As we hit the big hill for the first time I went up easier than I expected with my legs fine and ready to run hard off th...

Martin Bailey Runner: December 2012
http://martinbaileyrunner.blogspot.com/2012_12_01_archive.html
Sunday, 16 December 2012. Nightrunner - Delamere Forrest Saturday 15th December. Tonight was the second in the Nightrunner series of events - this one was being held at Delamere Forrest. After the first round at Marbury we decided again to run in 'fancy dress' but I wanted to get a bit faster/higher up the field, so Julia persuaded Jon to run around with her and that left me free to run a bit faster. The picture doesn't do us justice ;-). Photo courtesy of sportsunday. 6 *1st christmas tree. Half Maratho...

http://martinbaileyrunner.blogspot.com/2015_01_01_archive.html
Thursday, 1 January 2015. New Years Resolution 2015. Well new year, new challenge, new goals! As I've now entered the 53 Mile Hoka Highland Fling, the 55km Lakeland Trail Ultra and the Cotswold Way 100 mile Run (deferred from last year) I need to seriously up my average weekly mileage to a level I have only previously done when training for a marathon. So this year I am aiming to run 2600 miles which works out to 50 miles per week or 7.14 miles a day! I will be updating this post as the weeks go by.

Sunday, 1 April 2012. Lightning 12 hour Race @ Eastnor Castle - Sunday 25th March 2012. Well it seemed like a great idea to enter this race back in January when I was looking around for a bit of a new challenge. Just run a10km cross country loop in pairs to try and cover as much ground as possible in 12 hours (and if I pick a good friend who happens to be pretty quick as a team mate then it should be a good laugh and who knows where we might finish? The first 1 1/2. Mile were all steadily uphill until yo...

Harnas | Wildlife farm in Gobabis, Namibia
Wildlife farm in Gobabis, Namibia. Ver Genoeg: The Namib Desert. Posted by Bryn Kelley in Uncategorized. I think I just had the most amazing week of my life. The Namib Desert program was incredible. I never, in my wildest dreams, thought I would ever enjoy a desert: I don’t like heat and I don’t like open spaces. But the Namib was absolutely one of – if not the – most beautiful place I have ever been. The farm itself was absolutely beautiful. Although the actual history of the building is unknown, Pa...

Everyday Training for Everyday Runners. Monday, July 17, 2017. Training Week Commencing 10th July 2017. Training Week Commencing 10. This week was a substantial step forward from last week with the session / strides / steady, “Triple S” formula working really well. The week started poorly (as always) with a bad couple of days. A long trip back from Tenby in Wales meant that my evening run was relatively short although I did manage to add in my strides after the hill session on Sunday evening. Friday I en...

August 8, 2015. A nice Evening drive. None of the photo's have any editing done to them. So when I edit them all they will look fabulous! Also when its not wet and rainy in the photo's that would be good too. Posted by Brynley Paterson. July 15, 2015. I went two weeks again without posting anything. Oops.
