Thursday, February 19, 2009. We had a lovely Valentine's Day (ha ha, get it? Celebrating as a family. For starters, we decorated Valentine's cookies with Aunt Trenda and Aunt April, and cousins Cade and Ambree. They all thought the cookie cutters were a lot of fun, even if we did end up redoing most of the ones they cut out. Jacob was most excited about the various candies we had to put on the cookies. Wednesday, September 16, 2009. Park City Marathon 2009. A couple of weeks ago I ran the Park City marathon. I was a little nervous about it since this was my first attempt at 26.2 miles after having kids. But, you will all be relieved to know that I survived (yay! And that about 24.2 miles of it were even enjoyable. To do that, it did end up working out rather well. September 17, 2009 at 7:48 AM. Congratulations on your marathon! Wednesday, September 16, 2009. Happy Birthday, Jacob! We went to the Murray City Pool because we knew they allowed little kids to go on the slide. This is a big priority for a three-year-old's birthday party. Here's Bryon taking Jacob up the slide. Jacob went down the slide with pretty much every relative who was there, and loved it. Most of the guests (the Poulter family) trying to stay out of the wind. (Thanks for the pic, Trenda! A different angle. Jacob was delighted with it. Park City Marathon 2009.
