About me
http://www.thedeafone.co.uk/index.php/about
I am a 29 year old Mum of two, living in the Midlands and I am Profoundly Deaf. I started up this blog as a bit of a journal as I started to be seen at Birmingham Selly Oak Hospital for consideration of a Cochlear Implant. A bit more about my history can be found on my first blog post. I must stress that anything I write about on here, does not necessarily represent every Deaf Person’s experience and these thoughts are coming from me based on my life and experiences.

The Deaf One
http://www.thedeafone.co.uk/index.php/page/2
The Deaf One returns. Big Hello to all. I’m back, I’ve been AWOL. My last post hopefully explained in advance. Moving house has been one of the most stressful times of my life. We were without internet until a few days ago as well, hence blogging actions on all accounts been lacking. But we’re here now, and I’m back to blogging and really looking forward to it. I’ve been keeping up with my column at the www.hearingtimes.co.uk. Which has hopefully kept some people going to some extent! See you very soon!
