Saturday, October 8, 2011. I want to share an activity we did at work this week that turned out to be pretty easy and super cute! We have a volunteer group from BP that comes once a month to do activities with or for our patients. This month we put them to work decorating fumpkins (faux pumpkins- thank you KB for that word! To make them resemble popular children's book characters. Here's how it goes. First choose your characters-. Glue on some felt, pipe cleaners, and Model Magic to create the character!

Brian, Holly, and Julia Grace. Saturday, January 30, 2010. It was a normal day. We had errands to run and ministry to get completed after our doctors visit for Julia. However, much to our surprise the doctors were concerned about extra amniotic fluid, her small size measuring two weeks behind, and her low activity in the womb. We went to the hospital for further tests and were told Julia would need to be delivered by emergency c-section that day. WOW! Julia with her proud Grandparents. Can we go back?

Growing in Applied Biblical Theology. Monday, February 22, 2010. 8221; “How does this truth impact the actions of my life? 8221; “How is this relevant to my day-to-day living? 8221; What I have found is a deeper purpose for theology and a greater passion for application. This is my attempt at applied biblical theology. I plan to keep it short and to the point, often building on concepts over several days for the sake of a singular thought each day (actually each week.or so). We begin with God.
