My buddy and I have challenged each other to eat a diet free of SUGAR, WHEAT, And WHITE POTATOES. Sounds crazy, doesn't it! We are embarking upon this challenge for better health, weight control, and spiritual focus. This blog will be a way to record some details about our journey. Dinner- out to eat steak tacos, tort chips, salsa, rice.
