作者 admin 来源 日期 2013-8-2 1:33:35 人气. 沿用了近三十多年的不镀锌钢管(黑铁管)，包括曾经被视作提高建筑标准档次象征之一的镀锌钢管，现在已经被多数省份部分(冷镀锌钢管)淘汰 为节省钢材，五十年代推广使用的钢筋混凝土管(又分为钢筋混凝土管、预应力钢筋混凝土管和自应力钢筋混凝土管)，可承受较高的工作压力(0 40 1 20MPa)、耐腐蚀、价格低廉(和金属管材相比)、经久耐用，不会减少水管的输水能力，但自重大，质地硬而脆，怕碰撞，接口易渗漏，管沟沟底平整坚实要求高，配件缺乏给日后维修增加难度，现在用量正逐渐减少 塑料管具有较好的防腐与抗震能力，有一定的抗拉抗弯曲的弹性，表面光滑水力条件好，耐冻性能比金属管强，重量轻等优点。 而冷镀锌管由于保护层不够致密均匀、稳定性差，一般使用寿命不到5年就锈蚀，出现 红水 、 黑水 ，铁腥味严重，各种有害细菌超过国家生活饮用水水质标准，各地已在生活给水管道禁止使用。 2000年获得中国专利[1]的 扩胀成型的承插式柔性接口钢管 已在广州自来水公司首先应用，它的性能及优点比第二代钢管更好，填补了 低成本生产钢制柔性接口管 的国内外空白。
