Anyway - I seem to have hit the 'relapse' point the book talks about, around the second month. (I was struggling against a threatening cold, too.) Not horrible, but a definite backsliding. One lucky biatch ;) (. One lucky biatch ;). Recipe - Salmon with yogurt, cucumber and mint sauce. I love this recipe. Wanted to share. Poach salmon fillets in a shallow pan on low heat (don't allow the water to submerge salmon, just bring the water up to the sides of the fish). Poach on low for approx. 7 minutes, turn off heat and cover. Allow to sit in steam for another 5 minutes. Spoon the cucumber yogurt sauce over the warm salmon fillet. Post a new comment. I'm just finding out some more info on this diet. i was diagnosed with crohn's colitis last year, have taken a lot of drugs, but am currently not taking anything and trying to find a solution through diet/lifestyle. I have been eating wheat/dairy/sugar free for about a month, with no improvements, so thought i'd give this one a go. i think i could last longer on this diet than the other one, and it makes more sense to me anyway. I'm sure i'll have questions at some point :). Post a new comment.

It seems to me there's a connection between me eating the yummy yoghurt every morning by way of fruit shakes and me being hungry all day. When I first started the diet, the all day hunger vanished, but lately I've been wanting to snack alot. the only change has been me perfecting making the yogurt and introducing it to the diet. Could that signal a food intolerance or could it be the natural sugar content in the fruit increasing my appetite? Post a new comment. We will log you in after post.
