Blogue gourmand sans prétention sur les bonnes tables de Montréal. Mercredi 31 août 2011. BU est le premier bar à vin apparu à Montréal. Cest un endroit associé à différents jalons de notre vie : jeunes célibataires sans enfants, couple attendant ses premiers enfants (des jumeaux! Parents en escapade les jeudis soir. Je me souviens darriver chez BU le ventre bien rond, accueillie comme dhabitude avec le sourire; Patrick Saint-Vincent officie maintenant au restaurant Le Filet (je vous en reparlerai).
