Yummy in the Tummy Recipes: October 2011
http://yummyinthetummyrecipes.blogspot.com/2011_10_01_archive.html
Monday, October 10, 2011. Who doesn't love donuts? I do, but I'm not so wild about all the fat, sugar, and frying. Avery and I found this cute little donut maker made by Babycakes. It's almost like a mom's "Easy Bake Oven.". You have cute little mini donuts! We then sprinkled powdered sugar on top, but you could add icing, sprinkles, etc. It comes with a cooling rack, fork to help remove the hot donuts from the "oven", and a shaker jar. Sunday, October 9, 2011. 1-1/2 cup Cake Flour. 1 whole Large Egg.

It was very delicious- rich and yummy! I will make this again. 1 cup plus 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour. 1 teaspoon baking powder. 3/4 cup pitted dates. 1 1/4 cups boiling water.

Yummy in the Tummy Recipes: Mini Apple "Pies"
http://yummyinthetummyrecipes.blogspot.com/2011/08/mini-apple-pies.html
Wednesday, August 24, 2011. I have several new favorite shows on Food Network. One of my new favorites is "Hungry Girl", who also has a website / blog. Avery even likes watching the show with me, partly because Hungry Girl / Lisa Lillien is married to the guy who created iCarly (one of her favorite shows)! So, this past weekend Avery and I made Hungry Girl's "Apple Pie-lets". 2 tablespoons granulated sugar. 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, plus more for topping, optional. 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract. Fold th...

Monday, June 22, 2009. I found this recipe for Caramel Bars on According to Kelly. They are yummy, but just a little too sweet for me. I think I'm going to try them without the caramel next time. 2 sticks melted butter. 1 1/2 cups brown sugar. 1 tsp baking soda. 1 bag of chocolate chips. 1 jar of caramel topping (think smucker's). 1 preheat oven to 325 degrees, and grease a 9x13" baking pan. 2 combine the brown sugar, flour, oatmeal, baking soda and salt. add melted butter and mix until "crumbly". 10 oz ...

Yummy in the Tummy Recipes: July 2009
http://yummyinthetummyrecipes.blogspot.com/2009_07_01_archive.html
Tuesday, July 7, 2009. I tried the following Pop Up Pancake Recipe – I found the recipe at Makes and Takes. 1/4 cup melted butter. Preheat oven at 400. Makes 24 in a muffin pan or 9" x 13" pan - greased. Mix all ingredients in a blender. You definitely need to use a blender. I first tried to whisk the ingredients together, but the batter was very lumpy. Also, the blender makes it easy to pour right into the muffin tins. Bake them for 15 minutes at 400 degrees. They should pop right out.
