Wanted a tutorial for my hooded Little Bo Peep dress. Well it's kinda one of my trademark dresses, and involves ALOT of pattern-making, so an in-depth tutorial would be VERY difficult. Instead I'll do a mini-tute on how to put a hood and a collar on a halterneck. The rest shouldn't be too hard to figure out! Want a tute on this. Wants a tute for these.
