Monday, November 17, 2008. Well i forgot to post yest. I lost 1.5kgs last week YIPPEEE! And also my measurements have changed. Left Thigh was 86.5last week- now 85.5. Right thigh last week was 90 now 88. Left arm last week 46.5 now 46. Right arm last week 47 now 46.5. Hips last week 136 now 133.5. Waist last week was 134 stil 134. Sunday, November 9, 2008. Well people-i weighed myself today! After having a week with stuff all exercise except for sat and sun i thought i wouldnt have lost any weight-i hadnt been eating my i should etc-but i lost a total of 1.1kgs in a week I AM STOKED! I also did my measurements today and will keep a diary of it all weekly to.so here they are:. Left Thigh: 86.5cms. Right Thigh: 90 cms. Left Arm (Upper): 46.5cms. Right Arm (Upper): 47cms.
