Hogs are nocturnal creatures by nature, but will venture out and feed in the day time. I have personally found that the larger boar hogs travel and feed almost always at night. Gear your bow up with the following. Practice standing up and sitting down. Also practice with the clothes you will be wearing to make sure you are replicating your hunting set up.
