Balsamic Chicken (or any meat you have sitting around! 4 - 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or any meat you have - I've used pork, beef and chicken). 2 Tbs olive oil. 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar *sometimes I use more. 2 cans diced tomatoes, *do not drain. 1 onion, halved and thinly sliced (not chopped). 2-4 garlic cloves, minced. 1 tsp each: dried oregano, basil, and rosemary. Freshly cracked black pepper and salt, to taste. 2 onions, sliced.

Mia and Eve Designs}. Thursday, March 6, 2014. Day 3 is almost done and dusted! Lemon water.tick. Green hydration drink.tick. Fish oil supplement.tick. Green veggies.tick. Today was my first fasting day under the 5:2 diet. It's actually been a lot easier than I thought. I didn't feel hungry during the day. But I did feel hungry when I went for my 5k run tonight! Started the day with my lemon water and then mixed up my green hydration drink for the first time ever! Talking a look at it it looked pretty gross I must admit but it actually tasted pretty good! Coat tennis or golf balls in different coloured paint, roll up a piece of paper and put it in a tube, add the balls into the tube, seal and shake. Remove the paper and voila!
