Pairings with artisan cheeses, olives and dry cured meats. Chef will share his culinary life experiences. Working on Food Network's Restaurant Impossible with Chef Robert Irvine and other cooking and entertainment shows. Walk the vineyard and gardens. (weather permitting). Discuss different types of grapes and trellising .
