Wednesday, June 5, 2013. I think this was the first wedding that I did flowers solely for the groom's side. The groom was my husband's neighbor so I was happy to help. The rehearsal dinner was the night before the wedding at the Joseph Smith Memorial building. The Groom's mother wanted a row of simple arrangements for the head table. We were hoping for some white ranunculus (probably my very favorite flower), but I just couldn't find them anywhere! However, they are still quite lovely. I LOVED doing this bouquet! Saturday, February 15, 2014. I got hooked on turron while on my mission and haven't found any as good as theirs until now. On Valentine's I had lunch with my Mom, Nanna and baby brother Bo. Then I spent the rest of the day playing with Jude, ordered in Thai and watched a chick flick. It was a great day and I felt lucky to have such a cute Valentine's date to fill in for Paul. Two weeks ago my friend of over 20 years, Bubs, and I played and took our kids to the park and then for ice cream at Thrifty's....

Thursday, October 23, 2014. What a difference a year makes! For his birthday Jude and I had a day of fun. We watched his favorite movie and played all morning. When he got up from his nap we went to McDonald's for his very first Happy Meal which he of course loved cause it is food and a toy. Two of his favorite things. Thursday, April 24, 2014. We went to Jude's first 51's baseball game for Family Home Evening this week. It was fun to chat while catching parts of the game plus we met up with our friends the Seymours and then Babigail at the very end with some of their friends. Thursday, January 30, 2014. I Love to See the Temple. The Las Vegas Temple was closed for two weeks for cleaning so Paul and I decided to head up to St. George for a session. I can't believe it took us 4 years of being married to go through the St. George Temple together. We both have gone before but this was the first time we have made it there together. It was amazing! Tuesday, November 12, 2013. Chunky Monkey with a Mullet. Sunday, November 10, 2013. Jude had his baby blessing on Sunday November 3, 2013. The whole Jenkins Clan in Las Vegas came as well as Paul's brother and sister who live here. We were also lucky cause Paul's Mom and little brother came from Utah and his Dad and Grandparents came from California. It was great to have so many friends and family members out to support him. Thursday, May 22, 2014. For Dave's birthday we watched the Hill kids for a night. As soon as they got to our house we walked to McDonald's for dinner. It was a fun little outing and gave us time to talk to each of the kids. Alexis even carried Jude in the baby backpack on the way home as she told us that she wants twelve or so kids. She be crazy.
