A couple of months ago some friends and I decided to take a trip about 30 minutes south of Austin to visit a local farm that we've grown to really like for a number reasons. A remedial or soothing influence; something that soothes or heals. That's what cooking does for me. It soothes me. It heals me. It's simple and honest. It's what I turn to time and time again. When life is good and when it's bumpy. Life continues to have it's ups and downs for me as I settle into its current reality. I don't really know how to describe it, because it just is what it is. A pesar de que como dice el dicho popular "Todo lo bueno es pecado o engorda" en este blog vamos a pasar de ello. 2 litros de tinto. 1 vasito de licor al gusto, el coñac le va muy bien, pero se pueden usar otros licores más dulces como Licor 43, Cointreau…. 2 cucharadas generosas de azúcar (O algo más si te gusta más dulce). 1 litro de gaseosa (podemos usar las de naranja, limón y blanca, yo suelo poner blanca). Añade a la sangría ya terminada antes del reposo un palo de canela y una pizca de nuez moscada.
