Stats for the day. Sleep: 9:00-6:30 woke rested. Weight: 178.2 – 3.8 pounds lost (Starting weight at beginning of AIP 182). Edema Treatment: R2D2 1 hour left leg; 1 hour right arm. Caught myself doing it several times this morning, so now to change my posture. Woke with dry eyes and flashes, and had a big new floater, which resolved after a few hours. Stayed true to the AIP, except for adding back coffee – only one cup, but now have to do the gradual withdrawal again. It is my comfort food, and I was definitely needing something during the vertigo adventure. Just need to wait for the avocados to get ripe. Joints seem ok, except some finger joints seem unstable today. That hasn’t happened in a long time. Picking up a dish puts too much pressure on them and causes a little “oh” of surprise.
