And the Sierra Madre. Challenge. Crossing of the cordilleras. Was a serious challenge in terms of fighting agains the heat and serious climbing. All in all we climbed up 7540m on altitude and downhilled 7300m at the same time. The flat land. Aguinaldo - San Mariano. San Mariano - Camp1. Camp 1 - Camp2. Day 4 (02 Apr).

BugoyBikers on Tour - Philippines. Tuesday, March 3, 2009. I just came back from an 8 day bike trip in Batanes. This island group is just awesome . It looks more like Scotland than the Philippines. Welll a detour for 280km just 2 visit a monastary . I know bikers are crazy but .its about the journey and not the destination :). BugoyBikers on Tour - Mongolia. Tuesday, August 26, 2008. We woke up with a sunny day. It seems like the sky is eating the rest of the landscape. Mongolia is sky .amazing sky. On our way to Darkhan we had to stop several times and get our breath . not from cycling but from the scenery We stopped by a bow and arrow workshop . where we met a 13 year old girl who talked with us in german. :). We had to stop severall times to let sheeps pass our way and the shephards are always good for a nice picture.

The bikes weight now more thyan 70 kg . but it feels good to know you are prepared for such a trip.
