Building with Ryan Homes - Victoria Falls. Thursday, September 29, 2011. We are waiting on permits now - so nothing new to report on the new home front. But I found some pictures of our flooring selection meeting - not the greatest pictures in the world, but we did the best we could with a 1 and 2 year old in tow. I've deferred the 30 day meeting with the Project Managers until at least next week - I've been working 70 hour weeks at work, and haven't had time to meet (and really haven't had any time to 'live' in the house to notice anything). Tuesday, March 6, 2012. Pre-construction meeting this Thursday! It seems like it's been forever since we decided we were buying this home, and now it is starting to feel real since we have our pre-construction meeting this Thursday. Thursday, March 8, 2012. Update after our pre-construction meeting. They are staking out our site next week, and we should close in late May or early June. So excited that the building process is actually going to start! Our property manager (PM) seems great. Really experienced, really nice guy.
