I was quite fortunate that the community where I'm building has the Savoy as it's model home. Main Level (excuse the writing! February 18, 2013 at 12:34 PM. The Savoy is really nice. Definite bonus to have easy access to the model. Floorplans are good, but I think it helps the selection and building process to have a model to help you envision things.

Friday, September 13, 2013. We did the pre-settlement/final walk-through this morning with our awesome PM Dave. It took about 90 minutes and he went over everything in every room and things like warranties, service calls, lawn maintenance, etc. The items to fix are tiny and we are very happy with everything about the building process. I didn't take many pictures at all because not much had changed since my last visit. The one thing I really wanted to see was our oven installed:. Closing at 9am Monday!

As I arrived at our house late Wednesday evening to compare the sample master bath floor tile from Rusmur to what was installed, I was rather shocked to see the cabinets and counter tops were all in! Saturday, June 29, 2013. And the work begins! In June we had our pre-construction meeting with our Project Manager, Dave. He seems very competent, very easy to talk to and very calm.all qualities I appreciate in the man directing the building of your home. The view from the back of our house - a view that soon will never be again, ha ha. Framing was supposed to start this past week but we had severe thunderstorms every day. Ergh.
