One mans quest to build a better beer. Monthly Archives: May 2013. Welcome to BuildingBeer.com. I’ve been a home brewer since about August of 2012 and have enjoyed it thoroughly. From the first delicious quaff of Weizenbier I was giddy if not dunk with excitement of the possibilities. Many beers were brewed and then subsequently consumed. 850 beers (give or take) later. And I have arrived here: the next leg of the journey, concocting my own beer recipe. I Hope you enjoy this as much as I do.
