McDaniel Happenings: December 2009
http://mcdanielhappenings.blogspot.com/2009_12_01_archive.html
Sunday, December 20, 2009. Where does the time go? Honestly, it's been since September since I've written on here, and I have no excuse. I have been busy.school and family. I've been trying to cut down on my time spent at school once the kids are gone, and I've done pretty good. Thanks to my dad, I have a motivation. I meet him at the gym around 4 which motivates me to get out of school! It's a win-win situation. (Now, if I can just keep it up! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Other Blogs We Read.

McDaniel Happenings: May 2011

Tuesday, May 31, 2011. A Job Well Done. I learned a few things on our trip to Jamaica. 1 It's absolutely beautiful. It was picture perfect, the weather was perfect, and the resort was perfect. 3 A job is worth doing well. Yes, I've known this last one, and I preach it to my students. Nothing was more clear to me than when I stopped to watch the employees on the resort. All were clean-cut and well dressed. All worked hard and were friendly. All seemed to appreciate and enjoy their job. Below are the boys ...

McDaniel Happenings: One of My Faves!
http://mcdanielhappenings.blogspot.com/2011/06/one-of-my-faves.html
Wednesday, June 29, 2011. One of My Faves! I was looking through some old saved pictures and found this one. I know it's not the best quality, but it's the best picture. I believe this is was taken the day after Max and Myles were born. Max is on the left, and you can easily see how much larger his head was that Myles' head. Sean is wearing a shirt that says, "I love (with 2 hearts) twins". I had it made for him just before the boys were born. When I look at this picture, my heart sings! One of My Faves!

McDaniel Happenings: Cute Turkeys
http://mcdanielhappenings.blogspot.com/2011/11/cute-turkeys.html
Thursday, November 10, 2011. Aren't these the cutest? My 93 year old grandma made these for place settings last Thanksgiving. I'm planning to make them with my class this year. When I asked Gramie where she got the idea, she showed me a Better Homes and Garden recipe book from the 60's! The orange felt is glued to cardboard to make them sturdier. Don't you love how she used a mini label for my name? Gramie.is.seriously.amazing. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Other Blogs We Read. Mayhem At The Milnes.

McDaniel Happenings: January 2011
http://mcdanielhappenings.blogspot.com/2011_01_01_archive.html
Monday, January 17, 2011. I saw this "old" picture in my collection, and it brought back so many memories! This was the picture I used for our birth announcements which I named 'McDaniel Miracles'. I remember trying to take a picture of Max and Myles to use for the announcement, and I got frustrated because one would constantly move. When I took this one, I loved it. I love babies in white, especially onesies! When I showed this picture to Sean, he told me it looked like Max was ready to punch Myles.

McDaniel Happenings: February 2011
http://mcdanielhappenings.blogspot.com/2011_02_01_archive.html
Tuesday, February 22, 2011. Prayers for Melaney and Edward. I hate to say this is one of the few pictures I have of my sister-in-law, Melaney. This is her on her wedding day with her big brother, Sean. I have a wonderful feeling when I look at this picture. It reminds me of the glorious day she wed Edward and all of the McDaniel clan were together to celebrate in Dallas. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Other Blogs We Read. Connealy's Miracle in the Making. Thursday, March 31, 2011. I'm sure you can imagine that I had tears, and I thanked her for sharing her story. I'm sure it's not easy, and the fact that I was talking about my twins did not help. McDaniel Happenings: Dad and His Boys
http://mcdanielhappenings.blogspot.com/2011/06/dad-and-his-boys.html
Wednesday, June 22, 2011. Dad and His Boys. I took these photos last Saturday night after Molly and Libby's dance recital. I love watching Sean with the boys.they love to be with Daddy and they adore him. For Father's Day, Sean got a new bike and bike helmet. On our way to pick up the bike, Myles asked, "When is it Kids' Day? It's really a sweet question- -Mother's Day and now Father's Day.he wanted to know when the day was going to be about him. (Little does he know, each day is Kids' Day!
