I was up next. The anchor (the fourth and last swimmer) reminded me of the importance of this race: we needed to do well, the team needed the points. As the second swimmer neared the completion of his leg of the race, I stepped up on the block, and began the motions of the relay start. And off I went. Everything went smoothly: my stroke was long but fast, my legs continued kicking, and my turns. We finished third, and got a bronze medal for the race. My last race ever. 2009년 3월 2일 월요일. 매운멸치 볶음은 일반 멸치볶음에 들어가는 맛소금대신 고추장만 넣으면 되요. 먼저 멸치를 팬을 뜨겁게 달군 다음 식용유를 두르고 중불에서 한번 살짝 볶아 주세요. 그리고 기호에 맞게 조리하는 법. 물엿, 맛소금약간(멸치자체가 짭기 때문) 식용유 조금만, 팬에 물엿 식용유를 넣어 바글바글 끓으면 멸치를 국물양에 자작하도록 깔아주시고 풋고추 홍고추는 어슷 설기를 하고 통마늘은 얇게 저며 썰어 놓으셨다가 맛소금 간하시고 한번 끓고 난뒤 야채를 넣어 김이 오르고 나면 한번 저어서 내시면 됩니다. 맛소금 대신 고추장으로 양념. 진간장, 물엿으로 양념. 주의사항: 넣은 야채가 색갈이 보기 좋게 하려면 빨리 식히세요. 기타: 기호에 따른 추가양념 하시고 설탕 추가하셔도 됩니다. 멸치를 처음 볶아내는 이유는 특유의 비린내 잡냄새 제거를 위함. 1 먼저 작은멸치를 구입하세요. (멸치는 약간 회색톤인것이 더 맛있음.). 2 후라이팬에 식용유를 두르고 멸치를 거의 튀기듯 볶습니다.
