I had a business at one time and I used to outsource things to get things that I couldn't handle done. The person I used was good at his job but was obnoxious to most people he dealt with.I guess you could say that this was his way of bullying people. But my Dad told me this" Son don't burn your bridges behind you! I guess the Golden Rule applies?

My son is in Junior high and I don't see any policies to prevent kids from being bullied. If some one would like to enlighten all of us, I would appreciate it.
