So the other night. April 14, 2014 Posted in: Food. I made roasted boneless leg of lamb. So first I got all my spices together. I used some thyme, rosemary, paprika, chili powder,…Then I put all those spices into the grinder. Now for the garlic. I used quite a bit, maybe two bulbs. Chopped it up. Then the spices, garlic, olive oil and lemon juice went into a bowl. Once the meat was flat I schmeared the spice mix all over the inside of the meat. April 21, 2014.
